One thousand DVDs depicting extreme pornography have been seized in Barnet during a London-wide police operation.
Approximately 4,000 officers and Volunteer Police Cadets took part in Operation Condor to crackdown on licence breaches as well as the selling of knives, alcohol and cigarettes to under-age customers, drugs, tax avoidance and immigration fraud.
They also carried out patrols at brothels, targeted unlicensed minicabs and taxi touts, enforced no drinking zones and did spot checks at bars, pubs and nightclubs.
A range of suspected stolen, counterfeit and contraband goods were seized during the operation including hundreds of extreme pornography DVDs found at a premises in Barnet.
