Laugh, sing and dance along with Jolly the Elf as he meets Timmy the Toy Soldier, Fifi the Fairy, Simon the Snowman and finally Father Christmas.
Liverpool-based children’s theatre company, the Bookwork Players, will be bringing all of these colourful characters and more to Langley Vale in a new show, The Elf Who Forgot About Christmas.
The interactive production will encourage children to join in with the characters and become part of the performance using music, storytelling and a little bit of magic.
Jessica Buxton, the company’s artistic director, wrote, produced and directed the play.
Originally from Epsom, she says she wanted to bring her original work back to her home town.
She says: "My mum still lives in Langley Vale which is why I wanted to bringing it to the village hall there. I used to go and see performances there when I was younger and no one really does that anymore."
The Elf Who Forgot About Christmas; Langley Vale Village Hall, Rosebery Road, Epsom; December 22; 2.30pm; £5.50; visit www.wegottickets.com to book
