There are all sorts of colourful rumours about this gentleman.

There used to be some wonderful film of him on you tube when he was aspiring to elected office - pretending to be making a speech in front of a crowd from what sounded like his own bathroom. There was other film of him trying to bribe muslim voters with soft drinks on Markhouse Road.

I thought the GMC just let anyone practice. In the past they didn't care if their English was bad, They had a photocopied certificate from Nigeria, a criminal record or had been conning the overtime claims form. - Local papers have been full of stories about bad practice from doctors and most of the time they don't strike even them off!

The GMC have been waste of space, just like many of our so called regulators! - happy to take government money, happy to swerve the responsibility much of the time.

Let's hope this story is the start of something that will improve the protection of the public.
