A waste authority has launched a campaign to educate children about recycling.
North London Waste Authority has sent the “Powerful plastic” superheroes, into primary schools to teach children and parents about range of plastic items that can be recycled.
The aim of the campaign is to explaining to pupils why plastic is so useful to us, but also teaching pupils about the problems plastic can cause for wildlife.
