The sentencing of a rapist who attacked a woman after she became separated from her boyfriend has been postponed.
Michael Wilson, of Grange Road in Plaistow, was due to be sentenced at Snaresbrook Crown Court yesterday but the sentencing has been pushed back until December 18 because probation information was not available at the hearing.
Wilson was found by police half naked in a car with the victim in Leytonstone.
Earlier the victim, in her 20s, and her boyfriend had been at a Shoreditch nightclub when they became separated.
Police had pulled over the car after it was spotted driving erratically.
Ahmed Quras, of Shrewsbury Road in East Ham, was also found in the car but was found not guilty of aiding and abetting a rape.
