A burglar shimmied up a drainpipe before stealing jewellery and a laptop from a house in New Malden.
Kingston police is appealing for help in tracing a man who they would like to speak to in connection to the burglary in New Malden last month.
It took place in Albany Road on Thursday, November 7.
Police said a man with short dark hair and a dark goatee beard wearing glasses climbed up a drainpipe and entered the house through a first floor window before taking some jewellery and a laptop.
He left through a back patio door between 3pm and 5.30pm.
