School records music CD with College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London
High school pupils visited a college to learn about the world of music production.
The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London welcomed pupils from Winchmore School for a lesson in music technology last week.
Pupils learnt more about producing and creating their own music at the college’s Enfield Centre, where they recorded songs for the school's Christmas CD.
Winchmore School pupil Kate Brown said: ''I really like the facilities here; the equipment and musical instruments look so professional."
Head of expressive arts at the school Jo Martinez said: “I am really pleased with this type of exciting collaboration.
“Our students can experience and discover a whole new perspective to learning and understanding music technology. I hope this will be an ongoing relationship that we can build on."
