A man has been handed a community order after sexually assaulting a woman in Weybridge.
Rajeev Sundaralingam, 31, of Worcester Road, Sutton, pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing at North Surrey Magistrates’ Court to intentionally touching a woman in a sexual manner, to which she did not consent.
Appearing at the same court on October 16, Sundaralingam was ordered to complete 250 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months and given a restraining order not to come within 20 metres of the victim’s Weybridge home for two years.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £300 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
