Ghosts, ghouls and all things scary roamed the aisles at a Cobham supermarket on Halloween, asking shoppers for a treat.
Breaking away from the trick or treat tradition, staff at the Cobham Sainsbury’s store were looking for a donation for their charity of the year, Princess Alice Hospice.
Pumpkins were prominent throughout the store, with a carving competition taking place, leaving a range of designs for all to see.
Natalie Walters, community and events manager at Princess Alice Hospice, said: “It’s great we were voted charity of the year by Sainsbury’s in Cobham.
“All the staff have put in a huge effort by dressing up and decorating parts of the store to raise money for us, especially those who so generously are donating an hour’s wage to the hospice.
“We would love to say a big thank you to all the Sainsbury’s staff and shoppers who have donated.”
