Back to the 60s at Hampton Hill Playhouse
For a fun-filled and action-packed time warp back to the 60s, look no further than A Slice of Saturday Night at Hampton Hill Playhouse.
The nostalgic musical centres around a group of teenagers who dance and flirt at the popular Club a Go Go club.
Every Saturday night, they spend the evening dancing, flirting and dancing some more.
Sue is going out with Gary, but he flirts with Penny, Bang Bang Bertha and the other girls at every opportunity.
Sharon and Rick like each other but are too shy to tell each other.
Eddie is challenged by the boys to try it on with “frigid” Bridget and over the course of the night he tries everything, with very little success.
It has been organised by the Youth Action Theatre, based in Hampton Hill, and features music by the Heather Brothers.
