PROSPECTIVE Erith Park homeowners have had their say about the fittings and fixtures that will be rolled out across the new £100m development.
More than 30 residents attended the consultation with Orbit South and Wates Living Space on the site of the former Larner Road estate.
Visitors looked at a selection of mocked up bathroom and kitchen cupboards with door choices, floor finishes and electrical fittings.
Wates also consulted on the colour of brick to be used as well as the design of the windows.
Regeneration project manager at Orbit Homes Caroline Field said: “This feedback was taken on board and used to guide Orbit on making the final selections.
“Progress with construction at Erith Park continues and the first new homes will be available in early 2015.”
