Acre Lane Brixton attack victim 'did not realise he was stabbed until in ambulance'
Police are continuing to appeal for information after a man was stabbed at a bus stop in Brixton.
The man was waiting at the 130 bus stop on Sunday, October 6, in Acre Lane with a female companion when four men appeared and assaulted him before running away.
The suspects are described as four black men wearing hooded tops and possibly balaclavas.
The 34-year-old victim was treated for two stab wounds at a south London hospital.
A Lambeth police spokeswoman said: "The victim didn't realise he had been stabbed until he was in the ambulance.
"There was no CCTV so we couldn't identify the attackers.
"Since none of the witnesses used an oyster card, we couldn't track down the bus."
Police are uncertain whether the victim's phone was stolen during the assault.
Anyone with information is encouraged to call DC Michael Quinlan who is investigating this case on 020 8649 2196.
