Interactive event allows anonymous feedback on housing
More than 80 people in properties managed by the Rosemary Simmons Memorial Housing Association (RSMHA) attended a focus event last week.
People took part in an interactive, live feedback session where they gave their answers to questions anonymously by a remote keypad.
The Your Voice event was held at Cobham Curve at Cobham Sports Association, on Monday, September 16.
Throughout the session, people were able to give feedback on the services they receive and speak to RSMHA staff members and other residents.
Paul Yates, chief executive of Rosemary Simmons Memorial Housing Association, said: “We launched our resident involvement strategy last year and have been very keen to hear more from our residents.
“This is the first time we have held an event such as this and we have received a lot of positive feedback from your voice, as well as some areas where people feel we could improve, and look forward to working with more of our customers to meet their needs over the coming months.”
June Muscroft, a resident at Elizabeth Hart Court in Weybridge, said the event gave her the opportunity to meet new people and that she liked the friendly and informal tone of the event.
