Patients and relatives quizzed over Francis report on Mid-Staffordshire NHS
A consultation has been launched to find out what people think about the safety and reliability of hospitals.
Experts at Epsom, Sutton and St Helier are asking local people, patients and staff to get involved in The Francis Conversation following the release of the Francis report last month which looked into failings at Mid-Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust.
The team are now asking for input from patients, to look at the recommendations made in the report.
Director of Nursing Pippa Hart, said: "The Francis report made it very clear that for NHS organisations to succeed and provide great quality care, we have to listen to our patients, visitors and the people who work here. Without listening to concerns or taking in feedback, we would never be able to improve the work that we do."
The new questionnaire can be found online at www.epsom-sthelier.nhs.uk/francisconversation,
