THREE men have been charged with sexually assaulting two women in Dartford town centre in the early hours of Sunday morning.
A mobile phone was also robbed from one of the victims during the alleged assault which took place at 2am on September 1 in an alleyway next to Sainsbury's in Priory Market Place.
Officers nearby were alerted by the victims and three men were arrested.
Ionut Durice, 21, of no fixed address, was charged with receiving stolen goods and two counts of sexual assault.
Costica Ciapa, 24, of no fixed address, was charged with robbery and two counts of sexual assault.
Florian Muresan, 27, of The Brent in Dartford, has been charged with receiving stolen goods, assaulting a Police Constable and two counts of sexual assault.
All three appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday and will remain in custody until they are due to appear at Maidstone Crown Court for an initial hearing on September 20.
