It was a nice day for a rock 'n' roll wedding when two music fans tied the knot over the weekend.
Hamad Ali and Celia Jackson - now Mr and Mrs Ali - celebrated not only their love for each other, but their love for rock 'n' roll when they got married at Sutton Register Office and held their reception at St Peter's Church in Rosehill on Saturday.
Mrs Ali, 30, born and bred in Sutton, now lives between the borough and Bahrain through her work as cabin crew for Gulf Air.
She met her now husband, who works as a fireman on an American military base in Bahrain, while in the Middle-Eastern country and the pair bonded over their love of music.

They got married in Sutton and travelled between the register office and reception venue under the watchful eye of Elvis Presley in a 'rock 'n' roll is here to stay'-themed car.
Proud mum Kathy Jackson said: "It was brilliant, it was a great day.
"It was very unusual but they both love rock 'n' roll, she always has."
The pair jetted off for a honeymoon in Turkey on Monday.
