Man rushed to hospital fighting for his life following Erith hit and run
A MAN was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after a hit-and-run in Erith.
Police were called to Harrow Manor Way at 9.55am yesterday to reports of a collision between a Renault Clio and a pedestrian.
The Clio did not stop at the scene and a 30-year-old man was rushed to Kings College Hospital in London suffering from life-threatening injuries.
His condition has since improved and his injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing.
A 23-year-old man since walked into Plumstead police station in connection with the collision.
He is being investigated for driving without care and attention and leaving the scene of an accident.
