Free Bikeability sessions with Haringey Borough Council
Cyclists in Haringey are being encouraged to saddle up and take part in free bike rides.
Haringey Borough Council’s new Bikeability programme includes free training for children and adults, to give people the confidence to ride.
During the free sessions, led by Cycling Instructor Ltd, children will be given free safety helmets and high visibility vests.
It is hoped the scheme will encourage more young people to walk or cycle to school.
Training will begin in the autumn term and people can register by at www.cyclinginstructor.com or 0845 652 0421.
