A MAN from Dartford has been arrested over the robbery of an £8,000 ring more than a year ago.
Detectives investigating the robbery of the £7,900 ring in Sevenoaks in July last year have arrested a 26-year-old following an anonymous tip-off.
The offence took place on July 9, 2012, at around 10:45am when the ring was taken from a jewellery store in Sevenoaks High Street.
When the suspect left the scene, it is reported he pulled an 85-year-old woman to the floor leaving her with a suspected broken hip which required an operation.

The suspect was arrested on Friday (Aug 16) and has been released on bail until September 27 while the investigation continues.
