SINGER Peter Andre has praised the "fantastic" youngsters at Demelza's Eltham hospice after paying them a visit.
The Mysterious Girl singer and TV star dropped in to the Wensley Close hospice, where he had photographs taken with staff, children and families and signed autographs before being taken on a tour of the six-bed facility.
Mr Andre said: "What an inspirational place Demelza children’s hospice is. I met some fantastic children and I was blown away by the facilities on offer to children and families."
His visit was ahead of a performance at Music on the Hill on July 20 in Kings Hill, Kent, in aid of Demelza and fellow charities Teens Unite Fighting Cancer and the Children’s Development Trust.
Tickets for the event cost £33 and are available at musiconthehill.org.uk or calling SEE tickets on 0844 873 7342.
