NATIONAL Bike Week comes to Ealing from June 15-23, when residents are urged to start a healthier lifestyle.
They are invited to ride an 11-mile route through the borough, with guided groups leaving on the hour, from 10am-4pm, at Acton and Hanwell parks. They will take two or three hours, depending on how many riders there are and breaks taken.
Dr Bike, a health check for your bike, will be located at several spots along the route.
Last year's National bike week saw Almost half a million people across the UK took part in last year's National Bike Week.
