Two men charged with trafficking women into the UK for prostitution are due to appear in court on Friday.
Hungarian nationals Attila Kovacs, 32, of Highview Gardens, New Southgate, and Peter Berki, of Telford Road, New Southgate, appeared at Croydon Crown Court last month as part of an investigation into sex trafficking.
They were remanded in custody to reappear at the Old Bailey, where they could enter their pleas.
Both men were arrested on January 30 with conspiracy to traffic people within and into the country for sexual exploitation, and conspiracy to control prostitution for gain.
Mr Berki’s age remains unknown by the police.
