The Herbaliser keep getting bigger and stronger, more than 18 years into their musical journey.

Jake Wherry and Ollie Trattles formed the hip-hop band in London back in 1994 and are set to perform at the Clapham Grand.

The pair were one of the most famous artists to emerge from the Ninja Tune independent record label.

They have released 11 LPs, including a DJ mix for Ninja Tune's Solid Steel series.

Latest album There Were Seven was released last year on their own label Department H.

Tracks by the band have featured with a variety of guest vocalists, including Jean Grae, Roots Manuva and MF Doom.

Jake has also recorded solo tracks as The Meateaters and has worked with The Propheteers.

Ollie is part of hiphop band Soundsci, which have released tracks on Ubiquity Records.
