A community housing association has been awarded the coveted Investors in People Gold Award.

Rosebery Housing Association, the largest provider of social housing in Epsom, has just under 40 employees and was presented with the award, attained by just 3 per cent of organisations across the UK, for showing excellence in the way it develop and trains its staff.

In addition to this award, the association also won a Health and Wellbeing Good Practice Award for the dedicated way it cares for employees.
