A Richmond schoolboy has made it through to the final of a major singing competition.
Prophett Sullivan, 10, will sing at the regional showcase final of Teenstar – one of the UK’s largest singing competitions.
Prophett, who sings in the school choir at St Richard’s Church of England Primary School in Ham, was one of the youngest people to enter the competition.
Mother Annette Sullivan said: “It’s a huge thing. People like Dizzee Rascal started in these competitions. He’s done really well to get through.”
The regional final, which is held in Hayes, will take place on March 16, with the national final taking place at the O2 in London.
