Police launched a manhunt after suspected burglars fled a home this morning.
A mother who returned home after dropping her children off at school raised the alarm when the men ran out her house in Pope’s Avenue, Twickenham, at about 9am.
Neighbours reported hearing the woman’s screams and the ambulance service was called to treat her for shock.
Police have cordoned off the road and are looking for the burglars.
