Waldegrave students celebrated healthy hearts and promoted good lifestyles this week, to kick start the British Heart Foundation’s national heart month.
The students raised just under £1,000 through wearing red for a mufti day, during which they were encouraged to think about the variety of factors that contribute to keeping a healthy heart and consider how to improve the health of others.
School form Franklin House came together at lunch to celebrate their chosen charity.
Head of Franklin House Miss Hearn said: “It was wonderful to see the whole school working together to raise money for and awareness of this important charity.”
