AN Eltham shop has lost its alcohol licence after appearing to sell booze to a group of children.
Eltham Hill Mini Mart was stripped of its licence by a Greenwich Council sub-committee after CCTV showed sales to customers who seemed to be underage.
The footage was found by trading standard officers back in November, which showed three females who looked to be under 18 being served at the shop.
Councillors found there had been 11 complaints regarding the sale of alcohol and cigarettes to underage customers and that customers were not always asked for identification.
The shop has 21 days to appeal the decision, which was made on February 5.
