A KXD50 Mini dirt bike and a black dirt bike with “Demon X” written on the fairing were stolen, as were two mountain bikes worth hundreds of pounds.
Detective Constable Keiran Gamble said: “I would ask people to cast their minds back and contact us if they saw any suspicious activity in the area on Monday evening or the early hours of Tuesday last week.
“Equally, I am keen to hear from anyone who knows of the location of these bikes or who has perhaps been offered them for sale.”
The other theft took place in Eyston Drive between 10pm on January 21 and 4.30am on January 22.
A blue Honda XL motorbike was chained up and left in a parking bay but was gone when the owner went to drive it to work in the morning.
