The Wow! Awards are the UK’s only national award scheme in recognising excellent customer service based on customer nominations.
A spokesman said staff at Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals are encouraged to exceed expectations so patients received the best possible experience.
The awards provide an easy way for patients and carers to compliment staff who have gone above and beyond their normal duties.
The awards have three criteria that must be met to make a nomination.
Nominations should be something that made you go ‘wow’ due to first class customer service; they should be about a recent experience and something genuine which happened to you personally.
