Healthy eating and cookery class to be held in Belvedere

WAS your New Year’s Resolution to kick the calories out of your life and eat healthier for 2013?

If so a healthy cooking class being held in Belvedere on January 26 could be just for you.

Organised by Health Evolution Ltd, the two-hour class targets those striving to lose weight or prevent lifestyle disease such as diabetes and high blood pressure.

The scientific approach shows a diet low in fat and plant based can turn around type two diabetes and lower the risk of heart disease and cancer.

During the session, which is being held at the Thames Innovation Park from midday until 2pm, participants will be shown a selection of recipes that are easy to prepare.

There will also be a chance to try out the different delicacies.
