A DARTFORD man has been charged with the murder of Marcus Innocent, who was gunned down in Woolwich in November.
Daniel Burgess, aged 32, of Weardale Avenue, was charged with the murder of Mr Innocent this morning (December 23).
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (December 24) morning.
Thirty-five-year-old Mr Innocent, of Kingsman Street in Woolwich, was shot in Lord Warwick Street on November 19.
Police were called around 6.20pm and London Ambulance Service attended but Mr Innocent was pronounced dead at the scene.
A post-mortem examination at Greenwich Mortuary on November 20 gave the cause of death as a gunshot wound to the stomach area.
