Walton Sea Cadets take part in Trafalgar Day Parade

Sunbury and Walton Sea Cadets were chosen for the prestigious Trafalgar Day Parade in Trafalgar Square on Sunday, October 22.

The massed bands of sea cadets, made up of 12 to 18 year-olds, played and the armed guards performed one of the most important parts of the ceremony – the gun salute.

Gail Cramp, chairman of Sunbury and Walton Sea Cadets, attended the parade along with long time supporters of the sea cadets Councillor Chris Sadler, former mayor of Spelthorne Gerry Ceasar and well known Thames waterman John Pleace.
