HARROW: Residents return home after blast
 |
| The explosion ripped through three houses in Stanley Road |
Residents forced out of their homes by a South Harrow explosion were preparing to return last night.
Seven houses were due to be given back to their owners, leaving nine still within the police cordon.
The Brember Centre, in Brember Road, which provides day care for disabled people, is also expected to re-open this morning.
Stanley Road could be reopened by the end of the week, but some residents have expressed concerns about the security of properties which have lost doors and windows.
