Hip hip hooray!
A LEADING estate agent has rubbished initial claims that Home Information Packs (HIPs) were expected to cause major disruption to the industry, and hailed them a success, and are running as smooth as silk.
Introduced in December last year, the 32-page HIPs
document, which includes legal information relating to the property, became mandatory for everyone selling a home.
Robinson-Jackson estate agent, who has offices from Sydenham to Sittingbourne, has voiced how it has long been aware of the importance of HIPs to the marketing of their clients' homes.
In response to this, staff have been developing and adapting their in-house HIPs operation in conjunction with Robinson-Jackson conveyancing.
