West End Vision
A FUTURISTIC light sculpture suspended 30ft in the air over Oxford Circus is part of a proposed £40 million West End makeover unveiled for the capital.
Enlarged pedestrianised areas for public art and performances and a series of oases off Oxford and Regent Streets are also a part of Westminster Council's plans to transform the West End.
